Being new to CrossFit, this 6 week course was a perfect way to be introduced to some of the gymnastic elements of the sport. Karine was so energetic, helpful and inspiring through every session, making sure there was plenty of options no matter what stage you were. I started the course not being able to do any TTB and since implementing her advice, I managed to link 6 which is a huge improvement in just 6 weeks! Loved every week, highly recommend!
