My van ‘Mignonette’ allows me to travel the roads and to share my lifestyle and my passion for training to everyone who crosses my path. Go ahead and use your environment to train like a Nomad anywhere, anytime!
FITNESS
My love for sports started when I was 4 years old.
Former gymnast, I am a passionate athlete.
Over the years, I have mastered several sports including snowboarding, wakeboarding, parkour, taekwondo, boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu and calisthenics.
I am a diverse athlete who love to mix different sports and techniques to create my own style of training.
A mix of agility, stability, coordination, mobility and strength.
