GYMNASTIC
The objective of the workshop is to acquire new tools that will help the athlete better understand certain movements including:
Arch to hollow/Beat swing
Kipping pull up
Toe to Bar
Handstand push up
pistol squat
Using educational exercises, participants will be able to practice several techniques and progress at their own pace.

HANDSTAND
Walking on your hands seems impossible?
This technique called 'Handstand' is performed primarily by gymnasts and now by Crossfit athletes who cover distances while walking on their hands. I have created a workshop that will allow you to familiarize yourself with the practice of Handstand. You will be able to practice and master basic movements safely.
By following the steps of my workshop you will:
- Face your fear of falling
- Learn handstand alignment
- Learn weight transfer and finger use
- Perform educational exercises that will facilitate your progress
- Do a little training to work your arms and abdominals
