Handstand Workshop

Walking on your hands seems impossible?

 

This technique called 'Handstand' is performed mainly by gymnasts and now by cross fit athletes who cover distances by walking on the hands.

 

  I have created a workshop that will allow you to familiarize yourself with the practice of Handstand.

You will be able to practice and master the basic movements in a safe way.

 

By following the steps of my workshop you will:

- Confront your fear of falling

- Learn the alignment of the handstand

- Learn weight transfer and the use of fingers

- Perform educational exercises that will facilitate your progress

- Do a little training to work the arms and abdominals

The Handstand workshop is offered to gyms, companies and individuals who wish to discover the world of handstand or acquire a solid foundation for their practice.
